The Visionary Leader towards a Victorious Journey

Ola Hesselroth has always had a deep love for innovation and technology. He has worked with numerous firms throughout his career, assisting them in using cutting-edge procedures and technology to grow their operations. One day, he found an opportunity to work with Euvic, one of Europe’s most successful IT companies. It seemed like the perfect fit.

Ola was employed by a Swedish multinational company in 2010. He looked for IT partners worldwide and found Poland to have some of the most outstanding IT engineers. He discovered Euvic in Poland and began working with them as a partner on several of Ola’s initiatives. “I wanted to be a member of Euvic based on the culture, ideals, and flat hierarchy”, quoted the visionary leader. Ola and Euvic combined their operations in Sweden in 2017 as a result. He was thrilled to have the chance to work for a business that valued innovation and expansion as much as he did. Although he knew this would be a formidable undertaking, he was ready for it.

Ola had held positions as CEO, CIO, and IT Development Manager before joining Euvic, gaining a lot of expertise and experience that would benefit his new position. Ola played a critical role in Lärarförmedlarna’s digital transformation as the company’s chief information officer, spearheading cloud transformation initiatives, developing excellent architecture, and developing cutting-edge digital goods. Also, he established an outsourcing division that assisted the business in lowering costs and raising the quality of its services.

At SBAB Bank AB, where he served as the acting IT operations manager, he was in charge of overseeing personnel matters, making sure projects were finished on time and under budget, and creating new infrastructure designs that would boost productivity.

Ola also served as the CEO of Knowit Cloud Innovation in Stockholm, which specialized in assisting companies in leveraging cloud services to boost creativity and efficiency. Ola was the Chief IT Architect and Infrastructure Manager at HL Display AB, where he was entrusted with transferring all of the company’s IT to the cloud and coming up with creative ways to satisfy the company’s global needs while keeping costs to a minimum. As Easypark’s CIO and IT Manager, he oversaw a team that completely rebuilt the IT infrastructure, deploying an open-source SOA platform based on SpringSource, Open MQ, PostgreSQL, and Google Apps as a collaboration tool. Ola joined Euvic as a Business Development and Partner in 2018 and is now in charge of Scandinavia and the company’s connection with AWS. He helped the company grow tremendously and develop values for the customers. Ola’s dedication and hard work paid off, and in 2021 he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Euvic in the United Arab Emirates.

Ola’s responsibilities as CEO included overseeing the business operations in the United Arab Emirates and making sure they maintained a high level of customer service. He put in place fresh tactics and procedures that raised output and revenue for the business. His selection as the Vice President of International Business in 2022 was the result of his achievement in the CEO position in the United Arab Emirates.
